Asking My Bridesmaids

Of course I wanted to do something "creative" and "different" to ask my Bridesmaids to be a special part of my day! I have seen people give cards or cookies or just plain ask them will you be my bridesmaids. Since I take pictures EVERYWHERE I go, I knew I had plenty to make something for each girl using pictures of the 2 of us. So I went through all my pics saved on my computer and found all the pics, wrote a poem for each girl, and made the books on Vista print.
The books and bags..

1st up- One of my Matron Of Honor's.
Monday @ my house, fyi I got them in the mail approx 30 mins prior to her coming over, I just couldn't wait!

Crying and hugging!

After crying, looking great...

2nd up- Maid of Honor Bekah
Monday @ my house after Lopez
Me sitting nervously not knowing to talk or what..ha!

She cried and said YES!!!

After some tears of joy were shed

3rd up- Danielle Bridesmaid
Monday Night @ Starbucks

Once again tears were shed, the ppl behind us was like what are they doing! ha!

4th up- Lindsey~ My other Matron of Honor, might of also heard of her as my big sis!
Tuesday Night @ her house
I don't think she expected it.. But she's silly for not thinking so!!!

5th up- Rachael~ Bridesmaid
Tuesday nt
Out at dinner!
6th up- Heather, Bridemaids
At her Mom's House
That wasn't a posed pic.. That was her actual face!

Heather and I after!

Last but NOT least- Lindsey, Bridesmaid
Sunday @ Chipolte

She tried crying... I wouldn't let her cause I didn't wanna cry again, ha!

I'm in the process of making cards to ask my House Party!

Anyway, I'm glad I'm in your wedding :) I knew I'd be invited but I wasn't sure if I was going to be IN it. I'd be sad if I wasn't!! LOL LOVE YOU!! CAN'T WAIT! And I'm pretty sure your bachelorette party is what I'm really looking forward to!! Is it 2011 yet?? jk

Super sweet :) I also surprised my girls with homemade cards, a little bouquet of silk flowers in my wedding colors and a puzzle that was a picture of me with each girl and the words 'Be My Bridesmaid?' across it :) A few of them definitely cried. It's so much funner to do something creative and thoughtful than just say "Hey, you in or what?" Nice job, girly!
